Exhibitors and Partners

How to participate

Connect to new audiences, showcase and advance innovative solutions, and help us build a more resilient future for all. There are three ways to exhibit and partner at the Oasis at the 2026 UN Water Conference, and our team will help shape the right combination to best support your organisation and interests.

Partnership

Strategic thought leadership, unique activation, and exhibition

Take a leading role through strategic partnership that combines brand visibility, thought leadership, programme participation, and stakeholder engagement.

Best for: Organisations seeking influence, visibility, and a meaningful role in shaping the conversation.

Exhibition

Stand presence

Showcase your organisation, solutions, and expertise through a turnkey or custom-built stand designed to support networking, business development, and stakeholder engagement.

Best for: Organisations looking to generate visibility, demonstrate solutions, and connect directly with decision-makers.

Country pavilions

National and institutional presence

Create a dedicated national platform to showcase priorities, host delegations, promote innovation, and facilitate engagement with governments, partners, and international stakeholders.

Best for: Governments, national institutions, and economic development organisations seeking to demonstrate leadership on water.

Every partnership tier already includes exhibition space, and exhibition can also stand alone without a partnership designation.
