The Conference occupies two adjoining zones at ADNEC. The Blue Zone, led by the United Nations, hosts the official programme: the plenary, the conference halls, and the meeting rooms. The Oasis, led by the UAE and open to all, hosts the immersive exhibitions, the pavilions, and the Main Stage.

Registration is at the north desks for the Blue Zone and the south desks for The Oasis, both marked on the plan.
