Exhibitors and Partners

The Oasis Process

A clear, supported process. Five steps from first enquiry to the show floor, with a dedicated Account Manager from onboarding onwards.

The five steps

Each stage has a clear owner and a clear output. Nothing is committed until step four.

  1. Expression of interest

Confirm the proposed participation route, space, package and services. Partnership & Exhibition and Country Pavilion enquiries route to separate follow-up teams.

  2. Onboarding

A dedicated Account Manager discusses objectives, requirements and budget, and establishes what the participation needs to achieve.

  3. Design and shape

Select and customise a turnkey package, or develop a custom build with the design team.

  4. Sign-off and contract

Review the approved design and costs, then complete contracting, purchase order and payment requirements.

  5. Build and live delivery

dmg events manages fit-out, delivery and onsite support for 8–10 December 2026.

What support includes

Each participating organisation is supported by a dedicated Account Manager, working with stand design, project management and operational teams to coordinate the participation journey.

Approach, objectives and budget

Discussing and agreeing the approach, objectives and budget before anything is designed, the conversation that determines which route and footprint actually fit.

Shaping the package

Shaping the partnership package or exhibition presence around what the organisation is trying to achieve, rather than starting from a price list.

Design consultation

Stand and pavilion design consultation, covering layout, branding, sustainability and how the space will be used across the three days.

Project management

Turnkey and custom-build project management, holding the schedule from approved design through to installation.

Planning and the exhibitor portal

Event planning guidance and access to the exhibitor event portal, where additional services and upgrades are ordered.

Operations and live support

Operational and technical coordination ahead of the show, then live-event support onsite at ADNEC.

Start at step one

Submitting an Expression of Interest supports planning and qualification. It does not confirm allocation, rights, pricing or contract.
