Visa Information

The following information outlines the visa process for those requiring a visa for entry to the UAE.

Please check the visa requirements portal to determine if you need to apply for a visa prior to traveling. If a visa is required, we recommend applying as soon as you receive your Conference registration confirmation.

US citizens holding regular passports do not need to apply for a visa before travelling to the UAE. A visa-on-arrival is issued free of charge directly at the airport upon landing in the UAE.

All passports must be signed and valid for at least six months from your arrival date, and guests must hold a confirmed round-trip or onward flight tickets.

Diplomatic passports requiring prior entry permission must submit applications through their respective embassies.
