New session: pathways to UN Water 2026
Session 2 of The United Nations in the UAE’s Knowledge Series, Pathways to UN Water 2026, has just been released. Water and multilateralism is explored - and how its governance remains fragmented across the globe, despite sitting at the centre of global policy.
To find a solution, better coordination of water is needed across states, sectors, and institutions. In this series, our three guest speakers examine where we’re currently falling short, and how we can work to better align water’s own political importance to the multilateral process, especially in the lead up to the 2026 UN Water Conference.
